We want you to be 100% happy with your order — but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

✅ Free Returns for:

• Damaged or faulty items

• Items that arrived incorrect or incomplete

In these cases, you won’t need to send the item back — just let us know via the returns form and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

💡 Return Costs for:

• Change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong colour or no longer want the item)

• Exchanges where you’d like a different colour or product

For these types of returns, a small charge of £3 will be deducted to cover the return shipping label and processing.

2. You’ll receive a pre-paid label (costs only apply to certain return reasons above).

3. Once your item is received, we’ll process your refund within 48 hours.
