Compatibility Notice – Please Read Before Applying

Our Magnetic Adhesive Ring is designed to help non-MagSafe phones and cases work with the NinjaSight V2 by creating a magnetic attachment point. However, due to the wide variety of phone cases, materials, and surface finishes available, we cannot guarantee it will bond securely to every surface.

The adhesive works best on smooth, flat, hard materials. It may not stick well — or may detach when the magnet connects — on the following types of surfaces:
• Silicone or soft rubber cases (including “grippy” textures)
• Textured, ridged, or patterned cases
• Leather or faux-leather finishes
• Fabric or woven cases
• Matte / soft-touch coatings
• Anti-fingerprint or powder-coated surfaces
• Curved or uneven backs
• Dusty, oily, or dirty surfaces

Because the NinjaSight V2 uses a strong magnet, if the adhesive bond isn’t secure, the magnetic pull may lift the ring off the case when attaching or removing the light.

For best results:
• Apply the ring to a clean, dry, smooth surface
• Press firmly for 30–60 seconds when applying
• Allow adhesive to set for several hours before use
• If the ring does not stick well to your case, you can try placing it inside the case instead. This won’t always increase magnetic strength (as the magnet has to connect through the case), but it can help prevent the adhesive from peeling off and is worth testing.
• For the most reliable experience, we recommend using a MagSafe-compatible case, where the magnet is built in and provides the strongest hold
